I take your fitness goals seriously. I understand that losing weight and gaining muscle can be challenging, and my goal is to help you overcome hurdles and reach your goals. I will analyze your body type, and fitness level to create your individualized fitness plan.
I want to help you discover the benefits of training that have helped me become the person I am today, and I am here to guide you every step of the way.
I have several years invested in physical fitness and healthy eating habits. I am a certified Personal Trainer through NASM. Also, I am a certified Nutritional Coach with specializations in group personal training and weight loss all through NASM.
With years of success and experience, I am capable of analyzing your body and creating a fitness plan that will help you reach your goals. Most plans include healthy eating and exercise, to ensure the best results for my clients. I will work with you to keep you on track and motivated to reach your goals.
I understand that adapting to new fitness habits is difficult and oftentimes many people fail. My goal is to change your view on fitness so that it becomes a part of who you are and your lifestyle. I strongly believe that if you practice healthy habits, you will be able to obtain a healthy lifestyle.

Your nutritional habits are very important to your fitness goals. If you are interested in discussing your eating habits and making serious committed changes, please click the box below.
These recipes can elevate nutrition supplementation and meal replacement beyond the shaker bottle.
All are intended to be thoroughly blended using a hand mixer, powered blender, or milkshake machine.
NASM is recommending dotFIT's protein powder but you can substitute any brand of protein powder. I
personally recommend Syntha 6 brand protein powder. Sweat Fitness sells a variety of Syntha 6 products.
This is a basic meal plan that most people should be able to follow; results may vary depending on your nutritional habits.
